What’s better than doing flowers for a couple dear to your heart? This is my niece, Kammi, and what a gorgeous bride she was! Anyone who knows her will tell you she’s beautiful inside and out. She gave me a lot of creative freedom with the flowers and any florist loves that! I don’t always get to attend the weddings I do flowers for, so it’s always a treat to take it all in. The weather went from gloriously sunny to overcast with a forecast of possible rain at exactly the time the ceremony was supposed to start. The venue started handing out umbrellas and the wedding started as planned with just the slightest drizzle. Nobody seemed to mind and it was actually kind of perfect just the way it was!

This is the correct way to hold your bridal bouquet!
Kammi’s bouquet featured garden roses, Cold Brew roses, sweet peas, and lots of local summer flowers, such as dahlias, lisianthus, zinnias, scabiosa, and a few other textural goodies I picked from my garden.
I mustache you a question: who doesn’t love a simple + classy boutonniere?
Three beautiful nieces!

And that’s a wrap! We were honored to be a part of their big day!
