Cassidy + Zachary | 09.08.19 | The Tudor House

If you get married, get married like Cass + Zach did: by a lake on a warm, cloudy September day, in a small, intimate wedding with close friends and family, complete with a personal letter for each guest by their plate, a soft pretzel bar, Starbucks coffee on tap, and a boat sendoff. They are literally the most authentic, joyful, intentional couple ever, and that was exactly what their wedding was. I may have shed a tear or two just scrolling through their wedding photos—you can just feel allll the emotions of their day!

Cassidy was the third and final Widder sister to hire Petal + Stem for wedding florals in a two-year span. I loved working for each one–they are such a sweet family!

This pic did me in, I admit it.

Cassidy carried a bouquet made with local dahlias, bleached ruscus, bunny tails, white roses, ranunculus, and baby’s breath. I absolutely loved her dress and the flowers were perfect for her boho, carefree style.

Cuties!
Zach made the arch. And came down once or twice to check on it while I was putting up the flowers, just to make sure it was holding up. Or maybe he was just anxious and needed something to do while waiting to get a glimpse of Cassidy…
The setting was so beautiful, with the lake in the background!
Simple centerpieces in mason jars with eucalyptus and baby’s breath.

Cass and Zach, you both have the best hearts and have encouraged me with your passionate pursuit of God, your incredible love for each other, and your intentionality in what you do in life. Congratulations, you two—I know you’ll make the honeymoon last for a lifetime!
